After you sign up you can access your account where you can 1) Perform a Search 2) View or Change your Account Information, 3) View or Set Up your Property Searches, and 4) View your Saved Property Details.
After you’ve signed up and logged in, your can create a property search based on any number of search requirements, like price range, beds/baths, sqft, area etc. You can add new searches, change existing searches, or delete searches as well.
When you are logged in, your can save properties that meet your needs for later viewing. You can also get emailed updates on new properties that meet your needs.
You can view details of any of the properties you save or are emailed to you.
